The main floor includes three bedrooms: a master with a queen bed, walk-in shower, and tub; and two guest bedrooms with queen beds sharing a bath with a tub/shower. A screened-in porch with new furniture and a large deck with patio dining furniture and a propane gas grill are off the great room. Downstairs, find a large recreation room with a flat-screen Smart TV, gas fireplace, game table, and two additional bedrooms (one queen, one with two twin beds) sharing a remodeled bath with a walk-in shower. Big Canoe is an 8,000-acre wildlife gated community in the hardwood forest of the Blue Ridge Mountains just north of Atlanta, offering over twenty-four miles of maintained hiking trails and plenty of wildlife including deer, black bears, and turkey. With seven mountains and five lakes, the community has a beautiful backdrop for its three championship golf courses, fourteen tennis courts, three swimming pools (one Big indoor), swimming lake (with beach, paddle boats, canoes, & paddle boards), stunning mountain lake (with marina, fishing & rental pontoon boats) and first-class wellness center and basketball court.
