Please note that the property shares acreage with a barn that is occupied by full-time residents. The occupants of the barn are an elderly couple that are neighbors and in no way interfere with the home or property for rent. Please note that these barn residents do not have access to any of the property amenities and that they are for the guests use only.
This property is a single level home, but it does include many stairs to, from, and around the home. There are also boardwalks right over the waterfalls, and many areas that can be a hazard for young guests. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. Please keep this in mind when you are considering visiting as this property is not equipped for animals or children.
