There was no concession at the water park; two of the four slides were broken. There was no free breakfast as Google stated. Food was found in the air conditioning vents. The room was dirty, and the hotel grounds were poorly maintained. etc.

Halls smelled like pot. Room had an odor that you became accustomed to. Room was clean. Bed sheets were clean, bedspread had cigarette burns. Bathroom was clean also. We visited our elderly parents and needed a place within walking distance. Price was a consideration. The owner was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. Overall our experience was neither fantastic nor miserable. If money is tight, this place works.
