    If your dream holiday means arriving at a villa that genuinely stops you in your tracks — where the gates open onto something sleek, grand, and unexpectedly beautiful — Casa Kasi is going to deliver exactly that.

    Designed and modelled in a sophisticated Balinese style, this modern luxury villa sits on a flat, private plot within the exclusive Las Laderas community, just three minutes from Javea Golf Club and ten minutes from the Arenal Beach. Spread across three floors and built to accommodate larger groups and two families in real comfort and style, Casa Kasi is one of those rare properties that gets everything right — from the electric security gates on arrival to the Ibiza-style master suite terrace at the top.

    Space & Comfort for Every Guest

    Casa Kasi sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms — two king-size doubles and two large twin rooms — with two en-suite bathrooms and a further family bathroom with a bath. Three bedrooms sit on the ground floor, while the upper master suite occupies its own level, accessed via a short flight of stairs from the main entrance hall. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, and the villa’s thoughtful three-floor layout means there’s always a quiet corner to retreat to.

    The entrance is grand and light-filled, setting the tone immediately. From the hallway, the villa opens into a generous open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space — the sociable heart of the home.

    • Master Suite (upper level): A truly special space — king-size bed, a full luxury bathroom with bath, and a large private terrace with sea views and Ibiza-style lounge seating for 6–8 people. The ultimate retreat.

    Living, Dining & Kitchen

    The main living area is designed for people who like to spend time together. A large, comfortable lounge with two air conditioning units, a 65” widescreen Smart TV with Spanish digital channels, and dining for eight makes this a space that works equally well for a film night in or a long family dinner.

    The kitchen is exceptional — fully equipped with premium Bosch appliances, a large LG American-style fridge, and a generous breakfast bar that invites lazy mornings over coffee and pastries. Large French sliding windows open directly onto the pool and covered terrace, making indoor/outdoor living effortless throughout the day.

    Outdoor Living at Its Finest

    Step through those sliding windows and the outdoor space more than lives up to the promise of the interior. The 10m x 5m heated pool takes centre stage on the flat terrace — impressive in scale and perfect for lengths, games, and long afternoon floats alike. The covered outdoor terrace has dining for eight, making poolside lunches and al fresco suppers a daily ritual rather than an occasion.

    The plot is level, private, and beautifully maintained — a genuine oasis within the Las Laderas community.

    Basement & Practical Touches

    Head down to the lower level and you’ll find a ping pong table — great for a competitive evening or an afternoon activity for younger guests — alongside a dedicated laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, keeping longer stays completely hassle-free.

    Linen and bath, pool, and hand towels are all provided free of charge. A full linen and towel change is available weekly on request for an additional charge.

    A Location You’ll Love

    Casa Kasi sits within the peaceful Las Laderas community — private and quiet, yet incredibly well placed for everything Javea has to offer. Javea Golf Club is literally three minutes by car. Javea’s Arenal Beach — with its golden sand, promenade restaurants, bars, and summer evening markets — is just 10 minutes away. Moraira, one of the Costa Blanca’s most charming and upmarket coastal towns, is around 15 minutes.

    Javea itself is made up of three distinct areas: the Arenal with its beach and restaurants; the port with its fish market and promenade; and the old town, where narrow streets, historic buildings, and a colourful Thursday morning market reward an afternoon’s wander. Denia, just 10 km north, offers miles of sandy beaches and daily ferry crossings to the Balearic Islands.

    For something more adventurous, the dramatic viewpoints at Cabo de la Nao are within 20 minutes — clifftop perches with breathtaking views over rocky coves and crystal-clear water. On a clear day, you can see all the way to Ibiza.

    Casa Kasi is an outstanding base for golfers. Javea Golf Club is just three minutes by car — a relaxed, open 9-hole course ideal for all abilities. La Sella Golf Club is within 20 minutes, offering an Olazabal-designed 27-hole course with a driving range, restaurant, and pool.     Jávea is made up of three areas.

    1/ The Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians.

    2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade.

    3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning.

    10k from Jávea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants.

    The resort of Benidorm is only a 40 minute drive away and close by is Terra Mítica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.

    Jávea Town: Jávea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Jávea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year.

    Jávea old town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets, you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.

    La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a 20 minute drive from the villa. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Jávea’s postcards.

    Moraira is a magical beach-side town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the northern Costa Blanca, approximately a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south. Moraira was a thriving fishing village but over time it has changed into a high end holiday destination, somehow it manages to cater perfectly to the tourism industry, with high end luxury villas and apartments whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and ex-pat residents.

    Moraira is blessed with a wide selection of stylish cafés within its pleasant streets For authentic Spanish dishes why not visit Las Gaviotas in the square opposite the church. The main fish restaurants are located on the front overlooking the small port and fish market (La Lonja) where fish auctions take place every morning at 10am except Sundays. Well worth seeing. In Moriara there is an old port with some beautiful bars and restaurants overlooking the Marina.

    Golf: Within 20 minutes drive of the villa is La Sella Golf Club. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is near the village of Jesús Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres for 18 holes. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include : driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool.

    Jávea golf club, between Moraira and Jávea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and measures 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include : driving range, putting green, club bar and restaurant..

    Within a 40 minute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, is par 72 and measures 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
