    Nestled within the sought-after Golden Star gated complex, this inviting two-bedroom apartment offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, the complex features both adult and children's swimming pools, creating a relaxed holiday atmosphere from the moment you arrive. A private underground parking space is also included.



    Inside, the apartment is bright, spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Two generous bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, conveniently accessed from both the main double bedroom and the hallway. The open-plan lounge and dining area is designed for easy holiday living, with comfortable seating and doors opening onto a covered balcony overlooking a leafy avenue below.



    The location is hard to beat. Step outside and you'll find a major supermarket, cafés and restaurants just moments away. Continue on foot and within around 10 minutes you'll reach the golden sands and vibrant promenade of Jávea's Arenal Beach, home to some of the area's most popular bars, restaurants and waterfront terraces.



    Whether you're starting the day with coffee on the balcony, cooling off in the pool or strolling down to the beach for dinner by the sea, Luma Star makes it easy to settle into the relaxed rhythm of a Jávea holiday.



    Please note! There is a construction site next to the property, and some noise may be heard during working hours (typically 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, with a break between 14:00 and 15:00). We hope this will not affect your enjoyment of the apartment, although the level of noise is unfortunately beyond our control. Rental rates have been adjusted to reflect this, and no further discounts will apply during this period.



    JH Loves: The superb location – stroll to the supermarket, restaurants and Arenal Beach in minutes, then return to relax by the lovely communal pools.



    **Important Information**



    1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



    2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



    3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Luma Star

1. A very lovely little modern and bright apartment, clean and fresh. 2. A well equipped kitchen. 3. Great air conditioning. 4. The towels and linen were all good. 5. A great location for the beach and bars. 6. Lots of wardrobe and draw space in both bedrooms. 7. The bedroom ceiling fans were a plus. 1. We asked Javea Holidays before we booked the Luma Star apartment if the building works close by were still happening, and we were told by Adrianna that there are no current building works taking place nearby. Unfortunately that was not the case, the building work nearby was taking place and the noise was horrendous. Also the building they were working on was in close, full view from the apartments pool and garden area, and was impossible to enjoy with the noise and work men overlooking it. The road noise during the day could have been tolerable if it was the only noise, but all in all it was so very noisy, not at all the relaxing holiday we were expecting, especially after we had already asked you about the building work. 2. The main bedroom’s double bed was uncomfortable because we could feel the springs through the mattress. We padded the mattress with a duvet and it was a bit better, but not ideal. 3. No cupboards or shelves in the bathroom for toiletries.
