About Villa Mozart<br>Villa Mozart, with rental license VT-494304-A, is a luxury Ibiza-style villa that sleeps 10 people. The villa features five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, central heating, an alarm system, a very spacious Mediterranean garden with ocean views, a jeu de boules court, a heated pool, lounge chairs, seating areas, and a very large covered outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ. In July 2023, the villa was completely renovated and furnished in the Ibiza style using natural materials. The entire house and garden have Wi-Fi coverage. Villa Mozart is located on a quiet cul-de-sac.<br>We’ve done our best to furnish the villa luxuriously with every comfort, so it immediately feels like home. <br><br>Kitchen and living area<br>The villa features a bright, very spacious living room with a television, fireplace, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and central heating. There is also a built-in Sonos music system in the living room that is controlled using the provided iPad. You can access Villa Mozart’s Spotify account via the iPad. There is also a portable Sonos speaker that can be taken outside, so you can enjoy music outdoors as well.<br><br>From the living room, you enter the air-conditioned dining room, which offers a stunning ocean view. The dedicated coffee corner features a Nespresso coffee machine, a milk frother, and a kettle. You’ll also find the second built-in Sonos speaker there for some relaxing music. <br><br>The kitchen opens onto the dining room. You’ll cook on an induction cooktop, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator with ice maker, juicer, toaster, air fryer, immersion blender, mixer, blender, and other cooking essentials. Everything you need for hassle-free cooking is provided.<br><br>Bedrooms & Bathrooms<br>Villa Mozart has five bedrooms with king-size beds (200 cm x 180 cm); each bedroom has its own air conditioning, central heating, and hair dryer. Upon arrival, mini-sized shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion are provided in all bathrooms. All the towels you’ll need for your stay at Villa Mozart are also provided in the bedrooms, including both shower towels and bath towels for swimming.<br><br>All bedrooms have their own bathroom with a toilet and shower. The master bedroom features both a bathtub and a shower, as well as a fan and air conditioning. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two of the ground-floor bedrooms open onto a sheltered patio via French doors; this is a pleasant spot to relax during the winter months when it’s too windy on the main terrace. The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor and is accessible via an outdoor staircase. This bedroom offers plenty of privacy and has a fantastic ocean view, a small refrigerator, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and its own TV. From this bedroom, there is access to the rooftop terrace with a 180-degree ocean view, where a cozy lounge set is provided to enjoy the view. The fifth bedroom, with a bathroom and toilet, is located in the basement.<br><br>The basement also features a separate toilet for when you’re relaxing by the pool or using the outdoor kitchen. The washing machine and dryer are housed in a closet in the ground-floor hallway.<br><br>Garden and Pool<br>From the garden of Villa Mozart, you have a fantastic view of the sea. The garden is fully fenced and features large terraces with lounge chairs and umbrellas surrounding the large heated pool (10 meters x 5 meters). The pool is covered with an electric roll-up cover to prevent heat loss at night. Our pool attendant cleans the pool once a week, and twice a week during the summer. <br><br>There’s an outdoor shower by the pool so you can rinse off before taking a dip. There’s also a separate restroom in the basement for when you’re relaxing by the pool. You can admire the sea from the two cozy lounge areas in the corners of the patio. To keep you entertained, there’s a jeu-de-boules court in the garden. Next to the jeu-de-boules court is an OFYR, which you can use for wood-fired barbecuing. The key manager can explain how to use the OFYR. Behind the jeu-de-boules court, you’ll find a small herb garden with fresh herbs, which are perfect for the BBQ or for cooking meals.
