Hotel vicino a Jay Care Medical Center - Plant City

“There is an undisclosed upcharge ($75) for pets. I have no problem with paying a fee, but it should be clearly stated when pricing is shared. The hotel was great for our needs- clean, friendly and conveniently located for us. The breakfast was slightly different each day, with some form of eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, sausage of some sort, and various beverages. We enjoyed our stay and will use Hampton Inn in Plant City next time we visit. ”

“The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly. One of the bedside lamps was more of a strobe light than a bedside light, so we couldn't use it.Air conditioner was good. Was a little noisy with doors slamming. But was very nice at bedtime. Overall our stay was good and we would stay there again.”

“The air conditioning and the internet were excellent. I didn't like that there were no kitchen items at all, even though there is a dual cooktop in the room. I was also asked to take my own trash to the dumpster, which I have never had to do at a hotel or an extended stay. I had a bag sitting outside my door and was politely told that I would be fined if I left it there. The staff was professional and courteous. ”

“Cleaning lady’s left our slider door wide open one day The next day our slider was open and heat up when the cleaning staff aff did not clean Someone was in our room. Staff did nothing!! It was kinda scary. 😨 ”

“The staff are very friendly except the guy at night check in, he was a little rude and argues but the rest was very friendly to our family and very helpful. Air conditioning was very low though can’t feel the cold air upstairs bedroom. Breakfast is not the best as only cereals, oatmeal and pancakes but it’s fine with us as we’re not a morning eater, but hot breakfast would been great to add on. Overall experience was good. “Old and dated. Double beds are full size and very small. Bath tubs are old and dated. The carpet in the rooms and hallways has a smell. Very disappointed. ”
