For guests who plan to work or use a desk during their stay, our home has two desks, 2 chairs, and Hi-Speed WIFI.
Enjoy family time with the outdoor game of corn hole, or shoot some hoops at our regulation-size basketball hoop. Walkable to Lake Eaton & hiking trails (that are also great for cross-country skiing!).

Throughout our beautifully appointed home, you'll find LVP flooring, elegant lighting, and stylish, comfortable furniture. Wood beam ceilings add charm to the graceful entryway, open-plan living and dining areas, and kitchen. With multiple gathering areas, including a living room with mountain view, lower level game room, 2nd floor lounge, screened terrace, large outdoor deck, and patio, our home is perfect for families and friends.
Whiteface Mountain Ski Area is 22 minutes away and it's 34 minutes to Main Street in Lake Placid!

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM DETAILS:
Sleeps up to 12 guests. Four bedrooms total, each with a King or Queen bed. The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 5 beds and a pull-out sofa in the 2nd-floor lounge is also available.
Enter the master bedroom on the main level through double doors and take in the serene and beautifully appointed room with a view of the Jay Mountain Range. A door leads to the ensuite bathroom with a stall shower with a rain shower head, hair dryer, vanity, and closet. The bedroom has a comfortable King bed, cozy bedding, a dresser, walk-in closet, Smart TV, and LVP flooring.
Also on the main level is an elegant half bathroom with a large window highlighting the mountain view. This bathroom has on-trend lighting, a hairdryer, and closet space for your belongings.
The second and third bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Both bedrooms have comfortable, stylish Queen beds with lush quilts and pillows. These rooms share a full bathroom with a large window framing the breathtaking mountain view. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo with a rain shower head, hair dryer, vanity, closet, and LVP flooring.
The fourth bedroom, located on the elegant and spacious lower level, is accessible through the Game Room and Laundry Room and offers privacy and style. This room has two Queen beds, beadboard, LVP flooring, high ceilings, and three spacious closets.
All bedrooms have ample closets and valets to unpack; stylish color schemes, fans, and comfy linens. Bedsheets, bath towels, and washcloths are included. The beds are comfortable and inviting for a restful night's sleep under beautiful, warm quilts. Extra pillows are on the beds for your enjoyment, and spare blankets are available for chilly nights. Ceiling lighting as well as side table lamps offer a softer glow for reading and relaxing.
Hotel-sized bath soaps are provided in each of the bathrooms.

Enter Adirondack View Lodge through the graceful covered breezeway that connects the garage to the house and step up onto a spacious covered deck. The foyer welcomes you with a stylish wood beam ceiling, on-trend lighting, ample hooks for outerwear, and a large coat closet.
From the foyer, you enter the elegant open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, which are perfect for entertaining and spending quality time with family and friends. The living area has a wood beam ceiling, two walls of windows and a view of the gorgeous Jay Mountain Range and wooded landscape, propane gas fireplace, and stylish, comfortable leather sofa, loveseat, chair, and ottoman.
A screened-in, beautifully furnished terrace is accessible through French doors. The expansive deck, spanning the length of the front of the home, is located just off the terrace.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA:
Our kitchen is fantastic! With large custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an induction cooktop, and a full complement of tools, you'll enjoy preparing wonderful meals for the entire crew! The adjacent dining area consists of a beautiful teak table with seating for 8 under an elegant chandelier. Two stools are located at the kitchen counter under Pottery Barn lighting. Salt and pepper are provided - please bring other spices and condiments as you wish.
GAME ROOM AND 2ND FLOOR LOUNGE:
Our home features multiple areas for gathering and hanging out with family and friends. In addition to the living room, screened-in terrace, and expansive deck and patio, our home has a fantastic lower-level game room. Stream your favorite programs from our Smart TV in comfortable sofas and chairs. As well, kids and adults will have hours of fun at our air hockey table.
Adirondack View Lodge also has a 2nd-floor lounge with a beautiful mountain view that is equipped with a Smart TV and a leather pull-out sofa and chair. 2 desks/chairs are available for remote working.

The outdoor living space at Adirondack View Lodge is incredible with fantastic amenities to help you maximize your vacation enjoyment!
By day, take in breathtaking views of the Jay Mountain Range, and by night, star gaze under the inky back sky! The gated front deck runs the length of the home and connects to a stamped concrete patio so there is ample room to spread out and relax. The luxurious 5-person hot tub is situated on the patio and has a stunning mountain view. The spacious deck and patio feature a Trex dining table, rocking chairs, and Adirondack chairs.
A Weber propane gas grill is conveniently located on the deck. Guests are welcome to use whatever propane is in the tank and are responsible for replacing the tank when it is depleted. It is the responsibility of guests to clean the grill after each use.
Adirondack View Lodge is a serene, beautiful, and easily accessible (even in the heart of winter!) 2-acre property. A large part of the immense backyard is gated and fenced for the convenience of guests with children or pets. There is wire mesh between each split rail, providing a beautiful look while being completely secure. The backyard gate opens to a path leading to a sizeable fire pit with split log seating.
A screened-in, beautifully furnished terrace accessible from the dining room, covered front porch and front deck is the perfect spot for relaxing, reading, and gathering. Even in the rain, you'll enjoy this cozy, peaceful, and fully enclosed spot where you may hear barn owls and distant coyotes.

LOCAL AREA:
Our home is located 22 minutes from Whiteface Mountain Ski Area, 34 minutes from Main Street in Lake Placid, and a walkable mile from picturesque Lake Eaton. Within our Ausable Acres community, as our guest, you'll enjoy 10 miles of private hiking trails varying from relaxed beginner trails (including the trail that surrounds Lake Eaton) to harder climbs. Serene Lake Eaton is wonderful for paddling and fishing (no swimming). Be sure to bring your gear for the community tennis court. The Lake Eaton grounds have a pavilion with picnic tables and grills, a field, and a playground for kids. Trails can be used for hiking, mountain biking, or cross-country skiing.
Beautiful Lake Everest Beach is in Wilmington and has a swimmable beach, seasonal paddle boat rentals, a picnic area, playground, and free, live music in the summer. It's also dog-friendly at the grassy end!
Boasting over 283 acres of skiable terrain, 86 trails, and 11 lifts, Whiteface Mountain has the highest vertical drop east of the Rockies. It features diverse terrain for beginner skiers and snowboarders, expert glades and slides for the advanced, and loads of trails for everyone in between! The longest run is the 2.1 mile 'Wilmington Trail,' and total skiing/boarding stretches over 22 miles. Whiteface Mountain is truly fun for everyone! In summer, Whiteface offers splendid views, gondola rides, mountain biking, and more.
