“Well as soon as we walked in we should had known that there would be problems. The smell of bleach. The loud people. Opened the door and immediately found Mo refrigerator, hairdryer, coffeemaker, broken microwave. I called the front desk and 30 minutes later we still hadn’t gotten a response. So I called the 800 customer service explained the situation and requested another room. So we were moved across the hall to a room that called itself “premium” what a joke!
