“Room was nice but we requested a non smoking room, room had definitely been smoked in at some point”

“the staff was so rude and it took me 45 minutes to check in because my reservation wasn't "popping up in their system"”

“The cleaning staff were very nice and accommodating. The overnight staff member was also great. The breakfast was less than desirable which lead us to find someplace to have breakfast. Otherwise nice family-owned hotel.”

“The room was in extremely poor condition and looked nothing like the photos. The non-smoking bed had cigarette burns and stains, and there was heavy dirt and grime along the baseboards that almost looked like mold. Overall, the room felt unsanitary and the property was clearly not well maintained. After inspecting the room, the staff insisted everything was fine. It wasn’t until I continued expressing my concerns about the condition of the room that they finally agreed to issue a refund. I...

“Best place to say for visitors!! You are centrally located downtown where it’s not too crowded and you able to enjoy the heart of the city. The check-in and check-out process were seamless. The rooms were comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again upon my next visit.”

“Customer service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were fine. However, the carpet in the room was wet and there was a general smell of mildew. We even found mold/mildew on the lamp shade. This hotel was $$$ cheaper than our usual hotel, but subpar in the long run.”

“As a solo female traveler, the property was quiet and I felt safe. Room was clean and odor free. The only complaint I had was the sheets had some old stains on them. If they had been stain free I would have given 5 stars. ”
