“Our experience at the West End was disappointing.
Before our arrival, we specifically requested a quiet room away from noise. Despite this, we were assigned Room 102, which is directly next to the hotel's laundry room. “Staff was kind. We told the staff at the beginning of our 3 night stay that we had a faulty sink faucet. At checkout, they asked if it was repaired and we said no. When the staff found this out, they refunded our parking charge for the trip. I think they handled that as best they could. With that being said, do not expect prompt repair if your room has an issue. Lovely, clean place to stay that is central to a lot of downtown amenities.”
