“Walls thin. Front desk doesn’t answer the phone. Wasn’t given the room I reserved. Rooms don’t have their own individual iron board or iron. Good luck if you need to iron your cloths.”

“Staff was friendly. Room smelled Like old cigarettes and I had trouble sleeping due to it. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean but old and run down. ”

“I selected the sweetheart room when i booked the stay but only got butterflies on the wall. It was okay. The room was clean and the staff came right over to fix the television. I didn't get to use the hot tub or the fireplace. ”

“The hotel needs updating. The room smelled of smoke. There was no hair dryer. Had to ask for one. Saw a few bugs. Shampoo only, no conditioner or lotion.”

“Its an extended stay so people around look homely. You can smell marijuana in certain parts of the hallway. Couches were rupped and stained and need to be replaced. Had to call down for remotes for the bedrooms(2 bedroom suite) Staff was nice, room was clean and size of rooms were decent. Was on top floor so didmt have to worry about noise on top of us although the doors slam really hard so you can hear that. Full kitchen was clutch. ”

“This place was the nastiest place I have ever seen I booked and paid for 15 nights. I stayed one and left. I had to go book somewhere else and it cost me 1000 bucks. I wouldn’t take a poop in this place not alone to shower. the pictures are misleading. The elevator buttons are broken, homeless people everywhere the room is so small if you were a fart, you would smell it a week later.”

“The staff were wonderful - kind, friendly, and helpful - but the facility itself is pretty run down. Only one functioning elevator and it's very slow. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and creaked horribly. The wifi didn't work, which meant the TV didn't work, despite the staff trying to fix it (it was fixed for about an hour and then the wifi went out again, and none of my other devices could connect either). Everything was clean but it's run down so the ceiling ends bathtub were stained,...

“This place with the address 101 Diemer Drive for Extended Stay America was really dirty compared to the other Extended Stay America over at 500 Diemer Drive which was just across the parking lot. It had roaches and bugs and all. There were glue traps that were down to catch them and all. I was really concerned about my dog catching fleas and such. Plus the dog fees were outrageous to the tune of $173 on top of the average price of like $650 per week. Then they were having to come in every week...
