“Checked in late, staff were lovely and very helpful. Property is on the older side, but convenient to the airport. Bed comfortable, room clean. Photos are accurate. Unfortunately the air conditioner was extremely loud, as was the fridge - making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, as expected.”

“I did like the layout of the room but I guess with the July 4th Holiday there wasn't hard any staff. My first room wasn't cleaned. We got a second room immediately but the room was so hot, it did have air conditioning but we had to wait awhile till the room was cool, we had to clean the Jacuzzi and shower ourselves and ask for extra towels. The carpet needed vacuuming but we dealt with it. It's a nice room and the receptionist was very nice and accommodating but they need more staff for when the...

“It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely. Otherwise the staff was phenomenal!! Very kind staff, thank you for the stay.”
