“The staff and room were perfect! We’ve been there before, so we expected to have a good experience. My only complaint really is about the pool area. It was so ridiculously hot. It was hard to stay for very long. It felt like walking into a sauna. Instead of staying for a few hours and enjoying the hot tub, we felt like we could only stay about 20 minutes at a time. I noticed other families did the same thing. The smell of chlorine was kind of strong, so the staff opened the outside door. I think...

“The toilet would not shut off after a flush until you messed with the handle. The bathroom sink was clogged didn’t know till washed hands and sink filled up. Was told we should have told maintenance when we checked in Sat . Didn’t know there was an issue till after our concert at 2 am and then know one there to do anything for us. ”

“The room needs a lot of updating. The curtains were partially off the rod and couldn't be closed. The plumbing was noisy even when we weren't using it. Overall needed paint and updating. The location was very nice and the person at the front desk was very nice.”
