“Our room wasn’t ready.. we requested early check in for 3… they knew we were traveling from a distance for a 70th surprise party and our ride was picking us up at 5:30. Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes. The room smelled like smoke, we requested a king size bed. We got two double beds. Our toilet did not flush, not the Marriott. I’m used to staying...

“Albergo tranquillo, vicino alla statale 95, camere pulite, bagno in ordine, personale gentile,ottima colazione inclusa nel prezzo, parcheggio grauito. Lo consiglio per la visita di Filadelfia, l'unico problema deriva dall'attraversamento del ponte a pagamento per raggiungere la città, noi non abbiamo trovato altri percorsi.”

“Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Look elsewhere for your money….”

“Rooms were all unsanitary. Location was unsafe. Doors to building did not lock. TV's did not work. Rooms were not cleaned in weeks. Human hair all over shower, floor. Burn holes in linens, crack pipe burns in desks and floor. Staff refused refunding after cancelling 3rd night for all these reasons and Expedia did nothing to assist. Total rip off and disgusting. Been in Fraternity houses that were cleaner and safer.”
