The Space:

You will receive a 4 digit access code for the front door before your arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom beachfront house, including the fully equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators with ice makers, large capacity washer/dryer, comfortable living areas, and private bedrooms. Enjoy the convenience of a gas grill on the patio with dining table & chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. You'll also have access to the beach via a private wood boardwalk, allowing for easy enjoyment of the beach. Free parking is available on the premises. Access to the HEATED & COOLED community pool is included beginning late July. Estimated completion date of pool amenity is late July.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled on Jekyll Island, your vacation home offers a prime location for exploring the best of the island. From there, you can easily reach us via taxi, ride-sharing services, or rental car. Once you're here, you'll find that many attractions are just a short drive away, including the historic district and Summer Waves Water Park. Special summer rates & 3 day stays offered thru June 13 up to 20% discount. Two houses on right side of Sea Dip Cottage are under construction (approx 80% complete as of 5/20/2026) & there are several other houses under construction in other sections of Seaside Retreat at Jekyll Island. Pool amenity will be under construction on left side of house until mid July
