Located on a lush 17 acres on the north side of Jekyll Island directly adjacent to Driftwood Beach which is rated one of the top five beaches in the world, this ground-floor entry unit was recently renovated by a professional interior designer.

This two-bedroom, one-bath Villa has premium amenities throughout including upgraded bedding.

The living room has a new 55-inch flat screen as well as all new furniture. The dining area also has upgraded new furniture along with Edison antique lights. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large new refrigerator as well as a full-size stove and dishwasher.

Upstairs or you will find a king bedroom facing the ocean along with a new balcony with spectacular views.
The second bedroom features a queen bed and both bedrooms come with flat-screen TVs. The bathroom features a full tub and shower combo.

You can see Saint Simons Island in the distance and at night you will see the blinking St Simons lighthouse.

The World Famous Historic District is just a short 5-minute drive from our unit.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk OR swimming pool at VBTS or use one of the public beach access parks south of the Holiday Inn.

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
