At Loggerhead Beach Retreat you'll easily slip into a relaxed vibe. With the breeze coming off the intercoastal and the stunning sunrise and sunset view over the water you'll breath in that salty air and immediately unwind. Just minutes to the boat launch and with room for boat parking right off the driveway this spot is absolutely perfect for any boating recreation you'd like to accomplish during your stay in Jensen Beach. Easily walk downtown after a day on the water for dinner or live music! This home features a unique 3 story floor plan with each floor having a full bedroom/bathroom suite! 2 separate living rooms make this home perfect for a shared vacation. The private inground pool is the perfect place to relax in the evening after a day at the beach or shopping in West Palm or downtown Stuart. Pool heat is available for an additional charge of $50/day. Jensen Beach is a laid back beach town with recreation all around you. There are numerous boat launches, kayak trails, paddleboard launches, public beaches, and state parks all around. This home also features numerous balconies to enjoy sunrise and sunset views which are stunning. If you like cooking in this property will not disappoint with ample kitchen space, bbq grill right off the kitchen, double ovens, and a large refrigerator! If you don't feel like cooking out there are SO many fantastic dinner options just a few minute walk downtown or head out to beachfront dining on Hutchinson Island or explore downtown Stuart.

Please take note of important house rules:
Please note a few things if you decide to book our house!
1. We have off driveway boat parking for approx 26 foot boat!!
2. The 3rd floor is not ideal for children. There is a widows walk that is very high off the ground and we are not comfortable with children allowed access to this part of the house
3. We have alarms on the pool doors as required by florida law. Please use them
4. There is no garage access for guests
5. Please do not leave doors open with AC running. IF we notice temperatures going up we will temporarily disable AC until doors are confirmed closed. If the AC freezes up due to doors being open we WILL charge the guest for the emergency hvac visit
6. This is our 2nd home. We have done everything possible to make it 100% comfortable for guests when we are not there. Please be respectful and follow house rules and if you/your guests cannot agree to this do not book.
7. The AC/heat has a 6 degree range. It is locked below 70 or above 76
8. We have 3 exterior cameras for safety. Do not disable or you will be charged and asked to leave with no refund.
