“Loved the location, and the staff was great! The breakfast was good, and I was glad decaf coffee was available. The air conditioner worked well, but I would have preferred that there being a setting that kept the AC fan running between cooling cycles. The turning on and off kept waking me up.”

“Everything was perfect. The only complaint would be parking. They share with Springhills Sweet, so parking is very limited.”

“The check-in went smoothly and the front desk lady was so nice. We had a late night check in and she still took the time to explain everything. Then when we got to the room to shower it was big and spacious and clean. Definitely would recommend the hotel it if you end up in the middle of nowhere it’s just what you need.”

“Pool was under renovation but no notice of it. Some of the wall outlets did not work. Waffles were good and the staff was great.”

“Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for even having this property on their website. The motel not hotel has zero signage- had to ask the guy at the counter if it was the right place. Across the street are burned out buildings and boarded up buildings. We pulled up and people not staying there were barbecuing out in the parking lot. The manager on duty was wearing a Sleeveless shirt and bicycle shorts with his butt crack hanging out. The whole place felt very unsafe. The pictures must be...

“Absolutely the worst place to stay in vernal”

“Staff was nice, breakfast selection was good, bed was clean and heater and AC worked. The shower, however, had no hot water. We had to heat water with the coffee pot to wash our hair and wash up in the sink. The shower wall also had black mold. The sink handle was non-ADA friendly, and I had to have my husband turn the sink on and off for me because I have arthritis. The hot tub was also cold.”
