“Very nice resort. We love that breakfast was included. The staff at check in and out were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. The Jeju Stone museum is near by as is the Snoopy Garden. Our only complaint would be the diner buffet, we wish they would rotate the dishes more. It was the same almost every night”

“Location is right next to Nanta theatre. Besides Jeju Starlight World Park & Planetarium, there is nothing much nearby. No bellboy service too. Rooms were cleaned daily. However, room didnt come with amenities like toothbrush, toothbrush or comb. Do bring your own.”

“도착 무더운 첫날, 에어컨이 동작하지 않아 애를 먹었습니다. 알고보니, 벽에있는 콘트롤러를 함께 작동해야 되는 것이었는데..제대로 안내가 되지 않아 전화를 걸어 신고를 하고서야 문제가 해결되었습니다. 다음은 TV 리모콘의 건전지가 다 닳아서 작동이 되지 않아 다음 날, 조치 받았습니다. 또한 방에 설치되어있는 와이파이가 제대로 작동하지 않아, 컴퓨터를 개인 스마트폰 핫스팟으로 해결하였고, 다음날 신고를 해서 오후 늦게 설치기사가 나와 임시로 개통하였습니다. 총체적으로, 손님이 바뀔 때, 기존 시설에 대한 점검을 하고, 새로운 손님을 받아야 하는데, 그런 부분에서 제대로 관리가 되지 않습니다. 스위스 마을의 랜드마크인 시계탑의 시계가 시간이 맞지 않은 채 방치되어 있고, 각 동의 1층의 상점 영업이 전혀 이루어지지 않는 것으로 보아, 코로나의 후유증이기도 하겠으나, 단지 자체가 관리가 되지 않고 죽어가고 있는 듯 합니다. 묵지는 마시고 사진이나 몇 장 찍는 것으로 방문하시기 바랍니다.”

“Clean. Didn’t use the pool as was put all day but the rooms were very clean and well equipped. ”

“Although the room was a good size, with everything you would need for a short or extended stay, it didn't live up to the ratings on Expedia. The place is dated and could use some TLC. Our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed after the last visitor (we found hairs and dust), so we didn't feel comfortable unpacking and there was some damage to the bathroom door that made it hard to slide open/closed. But a bed is a bed, and for this price, it wasn't bad. Included in the price is free...

“펜션 모습에 어울리는 가성비 좋은 객실이었습니다. 객실상태도 좋고 필요한 설비는 다 있었습니다. 사먹지 않고 직접 바베큐를 하신다면 좋은 장소입니다. 방에 온돌 사용하는 방법과 wifi 인터넷 사용하는 방법이 적혀 있으면 더 좋을 것 같습니다.”

“Clean and big room... near a lot of bua route and supermarket... perfect for solo traveller ou couple... For the Kitchen: silverware, microwave and hot water not appliance.. so need to choose food in consequence.. Minifridge and kettle in the room..”

“Albergo un po' vissuto, ma mantenuto molto bene. Camera spaziosa ben oltre lo standard. Pulizie accurate. Al piano terra dell'albergo c'è un convenience store. L'albergo offre un servizio di navetta gratuito per l'aeroporto. ”

“The staff is very helpful. They have laundry which you can pay in credit card, it is very helpful and convenient. The room is spacious. The sound insulation in the room is not good though, you can hear the noise from upper floor and outside, I need earplug to fall asleep.”
