“Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Villa Alba. Sie hat einen mega Seeblick und den direkten Zugang ins Wasser. Wir waren dort jeden Tag im Lago Maggiore baden. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern (Nina) war schnell und alles lief Prima. Auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant war in Fußnähe.Vielen Dank, dass wir dort eine Woche Urlaub machen konnten.Beste Grüße,Lukas”

“Das Ferienhaus war sehr praktisch mit Kindern. Grosszügiger Umschwung, toller Pool. Super Verdunklung in den Schlafzimmer, gute Betten.Auch die Lage des Hauses in ideal für Ausflüge richtung Italien, Lugano, Morcote, Gandria...In der Nähe hat es schöne, einfache Badeplätze am See...Wir haben es gnossen und würden es wieder buchen.”

The grounds were gorgeous with so much family history. Paolina was the perfect host, she helped us plan a pizza party on the property along with her very own gelato quiz. It was the perfect evening. “The layout of the house was excellent for 2 families with stunning views over the lake. Sitting on the balcony was peaceful and quiet with easy access from the garden straight onto the lake. It is also well equipped with everything you would need. We would like to return.”

“Die Fotos sehr gut in Szene gesetzt. Ausblicke auf einen See haben wir nicht gehabt...! Man hat auch nicht das große Grundstück für sich alleine. Grundstück sehr versteckt, angrenzend an einer Fabrik. Ganz enge Einfahrt. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Kleinbus dort lang zu kommen. Man muss alles mit dem Auto erledigen, fußläufig überhaupt nicht möglich! “Beautiful home with two gorgeous terraces. The shower is a bit tight but the main bathroom is overall very nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it’s not terrible you just need to orient yourself in the area because there is lots of parking a very short walk from the property. Angelo is an amazing host. Live like a local at this villa!”

“What an awesome time!! The property was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were very well kept. I was able to swim in Lake Como. The water was cold but it was so hot it turned out to be very refreshing. The hosts were amazing and they always answered the phone and got back to us if we had any questions. “This is a classic Italian villa with beautiful grounds and scenic views of the lake and mountains. The garden is beautifully kept and we enjoyed using the pool but sadly couldn’t make the most of the grounds due to the poor weather. Dennis the house keeper was incredible and always on hand to answer any questions we had. We did not have a car so we used the local transport - the bus stop and train station is less than a 5 min walk away. There are many towns and villages to explore close by,...
