Situata nel cuore dell'antico centro città, in una piazza pedonale di Jerez de la Frontera, questa casa signorile, risalente al XVIII secolo, è catalogata come monumento nazionale del patrimonio culturale.

"Outstanding"

we are a group of friends and this is the second time in a row that we have picked this location in occasion of the "Feria del Caballo". Arriving in this palace is always a great emotion! As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Wilma the maid has opened the main door and welcome us into our new home. After a toast with a nice bottle of Fino and some Jamon Iberico de Bellota , Wilma has shown us around al the new novelties added on the palace. This is what really amaze me, from last year the owner has added new toilets and showers for a total of 4 units this makes a big difference and it was for as a positive and unexpected surprise. In the morning Wilma was offering us fresh brewed coffe, her discrete presence has been really appreciated! In particular when back from the Feria our rooms were all properly ordered and the beds done. in the morning we have always found our dusty boots from the feria perfectly clean. Amazing! Without asking she has always been a step head make sure that nothing was left out. The two bars right out side the palace are great for eating and drinking even if is late at night. We had the chance to purchase some food and wine and drink it at the place even though it was 1 am in the morning. We highly reccomend this site to all small group of friends or family 7 to 10 persons, this place allows to maintain the proper privacy and at the same time to share moments all together. A big difference was made by the Wifi speed and the stereo system which we manage with our persona hones. If you wish to prepare meals the kitchen is very well equipped and allows plenty of space for more than one person to cook at the same time. The dining room is nice and cozy perfect for dinners among friends!

Casa Palacio Perez Luna is a pearl situated in the center of Jerez within a walking distance to all the major attractions such as the Cathedral, wineries, restaurants and El recinto ferial home of the Feria del Caballo. It is the ideal site for families or group of friends. All the rooms are decorated with good taste and elegance. The lay out of the structures allows a few common areas where the guests can spend time together and listen to the music from the central stereo system. At the same time it is possible to find areas to enjoy moment of privacy for reading a book or responding to business emails. The kitchen is very well geared up with plenty of dishes, glasses and pots of every sort. The dining room has plenty of space to enjoy meals to 12 persons. These rooms are nicely decorated and the environment makes you feel at home. If you are not in the mood to cook right outside the door it is possible to find two taps where you can enjoy delicious meals and drinks. Logistically the site is located close to 2 major public parking lots open 24 hours, in here it is possible to park large cars or minivans. In the same area it is possible to find taxis. In the last 5 years we have been coming back to Jerez every year and we have spent time in several hotels and apartments, Casa Perez Luna is definitely the best choice and we are looking forward to come back next year.

Fantastic property and wonderful owner. We had our family stay for our son's wedding and the house was a perfect respite. It's a true palace with massive space, tastefully modernized and centrally located. Just a wonderful experience all around. Carmen the housekeeper was lovely and helpful. Highly recommend Alberto and his beautiful palazzo.

Incredible value and location

You will not be disappointed here. The property is huge and Carmen is a delight. We really enjoyed our time at the property and even used it as a groom dressing location on our wedding day. We hope to return! We were very well looked after !

Impresionante casa en el centro de Jerez

La verdad es que nos quedamos todos soprendidos en cuanto entramos a la casa. Impresiona aún más que en las fotos. Habitaciones amplias, espectacular salón, baños de sobra y una magnífica última planta con cocina y terraza para disfrutar. Sin olvidar la excelente ubicación que te permite ir a todos sitios andando. En conclusión, para repetir.

Beautiful Historic House On A Square

We had a wonderful stay at Alberto's place and were made to feel very welcome and at home. It worked perfectly for us, a family of 5 but could have easily accommodated 2 families - (or more!). Located in the historic centre steps away from a 5* and a 4* hotel and numerous bars, restaurants and shops. We parked at a secure underground car park a couple of minutes walk away. You can walk to quite a lot of things, we even did a trip to the Zoo but it is a great base to trip into Cadiz and the beach. Seville is a bit further - about an hour away but still easy for a day trip. The house is very well equipped and Carmen was excellent, to welcome us to the house and coming every morning, keeping the place spotless. Hopefully we will have opportunity to visit again sometime.

Fantastic property

This is a great property in a wonderful location. Facilities are fantastic and our whole group, 3 couples, were able to socialise on the kitchen/ lounge level. Carmen our maid was outstanding. Alberto was especially helpful when one of our party left some jewelry behind and it was located and posted to the USA without charge. It might seem a little expensive but it's worth every penny.....

Birthday weekend reunion in Jerez

Alberto has a beautiful home, beautifully decorated and a great location. Loved the historical /modern design combination. It truly felt like staying in a friend's home who had thoughtfully left you with everything you needed, and information to enjoy the area. Communication with Chari and Ana for arrival and departure was excellent, making for a strees-free weekend with old friends. We would definitely repeat!

What a beautiful property, on the best square in Jerez. Huge Clean and hiply elegant. Alberto was a doll to deal with as was the housekeeper Carmen. And Jerez is one of the most beautiful relaxed and charming towns in Spain. Go and if you are lucky Alberto can make room for you!

Choosing a vacation rental as a destination!

Choosing a vacation rental as a destination and not a location might seem like a risky proposition. However, for us it was a fantastic choice. The magnificent Palace House and the charming city of Jerez was a perfect stop on our tour of the south of Spain. The house was extraordinary and unique. The combination of historical architecture, modern amenities, and the host Alberto’s attention to detail, made for a five-star experience. From the initial booking, to the end our stay, Alberto made sure our experience in his special home was wonderful! Every morning my husband, friends, and I would have a leisurely breakfast (sourced from a local bakery) while overlooking the quaint plaza below from the third level modern second kitchen and dining/seating area. We also spent time on the sunny outside patios and rooftop pool area. An add blessing to our stay was Carmen, the daily housekeeper. Not only did she keep the house immaculate, she easily communicated with us to make sure all of our needs were met, even though we spoke a different language. Although Jerez is a magical town, one of our favorite memories will be the day spent relaxing around this extraordinary house, enjoying all of its amenities.

Alojamiento espectacular

La casa es una pasada; el emplazamiento perfecto, vas andando a todos los sitios. La atención y ayuda por parte de Vilma ha sido muy buena, es un encanto de persona. Si tengo que poner alguna pequeña mejora es que si se es mucha gente, como nosotros que éramos 9, el horno es pequeño y un lavavajillas sería de gran ayuda. Pero en general volveríamos encantados mañana mismo.
