“Questo hotel fa parte di una catena di resort di buon livello nella zona e l’accesso ad uno ti permette di accedere a tutti gli altri e usufruire di tutte le attività e servizi. La camera era grande. L’arredamento è un po’ vecchio ma tutto confortevole. Il personale di servizio molto gentile ed il resort nel complesso molto carino. ”

“We are avid Cape visitors. For years we've been trying to find that one hotel that exceeds our expectations. And each year, we are disappointed for one reason or another. Not this year! Pelham House is not only beautiful but the grounds were wonderfully maintained and the room was pristine. Waking up in a comfortable bed, able to brew a hot cup of coffee and walk just 15 feet to the private beach was incredibly peaceful, which for us work horses, we desperately need. The room was clean. Yes!...

“The room was very clean. The staff were pleasant and breakfast was very good. Even though there are only two floors, let people know there is no elevator. As senior citizens it was a bit of a challenge getting our luggage etc up the flight of stairs and then back down again.”

“The room was semi clean but that was the only ok part. The rooms are not like the pictures. The lock in the window in the bathroom was broken as well as there being bugs in the bathroom. The pools were closed for chemical treatment, which was not told to us or posted anywhere before checking in, I was still charged the full “resort fee”. When I called to talk to someone I was hung up on by the front desk and they blocked my number so I can no longer call. Very unprofessional service.”

“The ceiling in the bathroom kept leaking over the toilet area at least twice during our four nights stay. Management did work on it the first time, but then it happened a second time on the day we were checking out. They’re compensation was $30!”

“Rita, dog princess, enjoyed her stay with her Mom & Mom's friend. With each on either side of the bed, she slept soundly ... Kitchen was equipped well for our needs!”

“The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back....

“Very nice room with easy access from parking. Park very large. Quit place in a cozy zone. Negative point is the breakfast with poor food and missing assistance by hotel's personnel.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Meadow Inn! It was a quaint old home. The owners have done a tremendous job of making it homey and charming. The breakfasts were so delicious and beautiful! The hosts were great at giving us ideas of places to visit and things to do on the cape.”
