“We were in a mobility access room. The grab bars in shower and around the toilet were well placed and helpful. It was a comfortable stay. We have stayed there a few times now and it is consistently clean and pleasant.”

“This is one of my favorite Hampton Inn's. It is right on the Snake River and we try to always get a river view. However, this time we were on floor 1. Don't get a river view on floor 1 unless you want people watching you. There is a large patio right outside your window. This hotel offers a discount to dine at the fine restaurant next door, which we take advantage of for dinner when we arrive early enough. Fish, steaks and pasta dishes are good.”

“Checking in was easy. The gentleman at the desk was helpful. It’s an older property but it was clean and well cared for. I appreciated the television service the motel used as I was able to watch a favorite program not available on Roku that many hotels have gone to. Sound carried quite a bit in this motel. The mattress could have been better. It had a dip in it that made it hard to get comfortable. The curtain on the window did nothing to block the security light outside, so the room was not...

“Staff was very nice however this is an older hotel. The walls are super thin and we could hear the TV next door, people talking in the hallways, the bar, and the traffic. Didn't get much sleep at all let alone the alarm clock going off in the morning. The hot food provided was cold and needed to be microwaved. The hot tub was not functioning as they stated they were waiting on parts. The makeup wipes and lotion were found on the coffee tray, which is an odd place to put...bummed as the pics of...

“No carpeting in the rooms was uncomfortable. They need to upgrade their sheets, pretty rough feeling. However, it was very clean and staff were friendly”

“The staff were courteous but this is a pretty rundown hotel. It's hard to tell from photos online how it will be in person. They furniture, carpeting, and surfaces were dingy and dated. I'm not a picky eater but the muffin I grabbed to go was so stale that I threw it away after one bite. There wasn't even free WiFi. I regret paying $150 per night for what felt more like an $80-per-night motel experience. ”

“We make it a point to always stay at the Oregon Trail Inn when we are passing through the Twin Falls area. It is always a wonderful stay. Rooms are spacious. They have good size refrigerators with freezers and the property is always enjoyable. They have a nice big lawn out front where we can tether our dog to the tree. Always a wonderful stay”
