“Pool was not operating and it was not posted nor did they tell us . Major disappointment for a 5 year old boy ”

“Didn’t use the pool or anything. Staff was fine. But the hall had trash all over the floor and the room was gross. At least the sheets looked clean. But the shower was filthy and the chairs were so stained I wouldn’t even put my backpack on one of them. I was so grossed out. ”

“I had a big stain on the sheets. Didn’t notice it until climbing into bed around 11:30pm. Just slept on top of the covers. Disgusting. ”

“Smooth checkin, friendly staff, nice walk along the river and very clean hotel. Breakfast food was good.”

“Beds were uncomfortable. Halls, common areas and rooms were not very clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast area was very small. Pool was ok.”

“we did let the front desk know that the shower took forever to get hot and the shower head needed some tlc. the staff member who worked the breakfast on monday am was really nice and got us some food. We were told breakfast was 7-10 but that was weekends so the front desk girl, when we checked in on saturday did not tell us it was from 6-9 on weekdays.”

“Rooms were clean. Staff when we checked in the one who helped us was not very friendly. Breakfast was great and loved the varieties of food. And the breakfast staff were very friendly. When we went down to swim there was throw up in the hot tub so we chose not to enjoy the pool at that time, which was a bummer. Overall the rooms were very spacious and clean.”

“It was March so we were using the heat which was effective but a little noisy. I would think the AC would be working well. Easy parkingnext to your room. Staff were very friendly ”
