UPMC Park: Tour e Visite Guidate

FBFB

Potholes in the parking lot, big enough to swallow a small car was our first impression. Rolled up carpet as soon as you pass through the small lobby. Elevators were out of order and have been for a long period of time. Was not notified of that at check-in. I ran to Tops to get my own cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. No towels in room at check-in. Day two came back with a handwritten note saying to call the front desk for towels because they are being washed. With all the other hotels in the area, if we ever have to come here again, we’ll definitely say somewhere else.
