“Stanza grande e pulita”

“La camera era pulita. Personale simpatico e disponibile. La colazione buona,peccato tutti i giorni sempre le stesse cose. La lavanderia attrezzata peccato che su 5 lavatrici solo 3 erano funzionanti e sotto Natale,con l'hotel pieno di gente era difficile trovare posto per lavare la roba. Nel complesso lo consigli assolutamente perchè vicinissimo alla Path”

“Se non volete spendere troppo a NEW YORK questo e un ottimo hotelci vuole 40 minuti autobus piccoli il numero 51 che porta a port Autority vicino a Time Square con solo 3 dollari e c' e un autobus ogni 10 minuti e vicino al hotel dopo una leggera salita, ultima corsa e alle 01:00. La camera era comoda noi abbiamo preso un a doppia con 2 letti matrimoniali, la camera era silenziosa e pulita profumava e appena entri ti accoglie il caldo come se fossi a casa tua. “The bathroom was dirty had feces on the toilet asked to change rooms. They denied ask for room service stated that room service was unavailable then stated that they had a bathroom in the lobby upon using the bathroom. There was a bloody pad laying in the bathroom.”

Specific issues included: - The curtain rod had fallen down, requiring me to fix it myself. - The room lacked the private shower that was advertised and indicated in the reservation details. “Nice place”

“Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.”
