Small Cars: We have a garage parking. If you'd like parking, there's a fee of $15 per 24 hours and you must let us know beforehand so we can reserve it for you. Please note ONLY standard sedans are permitted. The spot may or may not be available during your stay. Please include your car's make and model in your request when reserving the spot and pay the fee directly from your reservation.
Big Cars: Guests with big cars will need to find street parking as there is no designated parking space available for such vehicles. Guests are advised to obtain an overnight parking pass from the local authorities to avoid any penalties.

Municipal Overnight Parking for Non-Permit Holders:
The West New York Parking Utility offers overnight parking passes for non-permit holders that desire to park in our Municipal parking lots at a rate of $5.00 per night. Passes can be purchased at the machines located at all municipal parking lots starting at 9:01pm and it will cover parking until 9:00am.
Prohibited Activities: Guests are strictly prohibited from parking in non-designated areas, blocking driveways, or obstructing traffic.
Liability: The property owner shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or personal belongings that may occur while parked on the rental property.
It is strongly recommended that visitors to New York City and New Jersey avoid bringing their own cars due to a number of reasons:
Traffic: The traffic in NYC and NJ can be very congested and overwhelming, especially during rush hour. This can lead to long delays, frustration, and difficulty finding parking.
Public Transportation:
It's very easy to get around, both to NYC and within NJ. A one-way bus ticket to midtown Manhattan costs $3.50 and will take 15-20mins to reach NYC. Buses run 24 hours a day. It can be tough to find parking in this area. The bus stop is at Boulevard East At 54th St, West New York, NJ 07093, less than 2-minute walk from us. Bus number 128, 165, 166. Buses run 24/7 and more frequently during the day.
Parking: Parking can be very expensive and hard to find in NYC and NJ, especially in popular tourist areas. Many hotels and attractions do not offer parking or charge exorbitant fees for it.
Safety: Driving in a new city can be stressful and unsafe, especially for those unfamiliar with local driving rules and regulations.
Overall, it is highly recommended that visitors to NYC and NJ rely on public transportation, taxis, or ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft, rather than bringing their own car. This will save time, money, and reduce stress during their visit.
