House is nice thats it

The neighborhood is very sketchy, there is road construction that makes it very hard to figure out how to find the house. The contact person told us to call with issues instead of text, i tried calling three times the phone went straight to voicemail. Then when we decided not to stay because of all this, she said she had no missed calls from me that i couldnt cancel the day of and get a refund. The house itself is very nice.
