This booking is exclusively for Poplar Unit 1 and the detached private guesthouse—two separate, private homes located on the same property. Together they provide six bedrooms, two kitchens, multiple living areas, and accommodations for up to 15 registered guests.

PRIVATE DETACHED GUESTHOUSE

A high-end, boho-inspired two-story guesthouse located behind the main home. It is completely detached, has no shared walls, and has its own private entrance.

• Accommodates up to 4 guests



PRIVACY & PROPERTY LAYOUT

Both homes included in this reservation are entirely private, with separate entrances and no shared interior spaces. Unit 2 is a separate upstairs residence and may be occupied by other guests. Please respect quiet hours and shared outdoor areas.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to both Unit 1 and the fully detached private guesthouse. Unit 1 is reached by one flight of stairs and a private entrance gate. The private guesthouse is located behind the main building and is accessed through the side of the property. One driveway parking space is included. Garage parking for up to two cars is available for a $150 fee per stay, subject to availability. Unit 2 is not included in this reservation.

Located in Jersey City Heights, the property offers a residential retreat with quick access to Manhattan, Downtown Jersey City, major attractions, shopping, dining, and event venues.

• Times Square and World Trade Center: approximately 20 minutes by car, depending on traffic

• Newark Airport (EWR): about 15 minutes



Other Things to Note:

This reservation includes Unit 1 and the detached private guesthouse only. Unit 2 is a separate private residence and may be occupied by other guests; there are no shared interior spaces. One flight of stairs is required to enter Unit 1, and one flight of stairs is required to reach the private guesthouse bedrooms.



House rules: registered guests only, no parties or events, no shoes inside, and no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. A $2,000 smoking-remediation fee applies if smoking is detected. Please observe quiet hours and respect neighbors and other guests.
