It maximizes beds and comfortable sleeping arrangements at the expense of shared spaces. It is perfect for families and groups who plan on spending the majority of the time exploring NYC and just need an efficiently priced place for the group to sleep at night.
Our home is your home while you stay with us. We want you to have a wonderful experience while you are visiting, we just ask that you take care of it as you would take care of your own home.

Comforts of Home

We booked this location for the parking and easy access of our crew being able to get into the city. This turned out to be the perfect place for the crew to have the comforts of home while being on the go for an out-of-town project.

Listing completely different from in- person

The parking area was good. Once we entered the building the floors were dusty and had trash on the floor. One of the bathrooms stunk and nothing could be done to remove that aroma. Rooms from the listing looked good but there were cracks all over the ceiling and walls. The blankets on the bed had stains on them, some looked like blood stains.
