Design accattivante, arredamento di design, energia positiva e atmosfera, ben strutturate, perfette per tutto. Se stai cercando una vacanza romantica, un posto da chiamare casa quando verrai nella zona di New York o da qualche parte per stupire i tuoi amici mentre sei in città, questo è tutto ..

Incredibilmente conveniente, a 10 minuti a New York dal Lincoln Tunnel, a 15 minuti dal George Washington Bridge, a 12 minuti dall'Olanda Tunnel. La zona è molto residenziale con una piazza dall'altra parte della strada. Include un cinema, LA Fitness, Super Market e Sonic e molti altri negozi. Molti ottimi ristoranti nella zona di Bergen Ave e strade circostanti. Area super pulita e sicura. Ora la nostra più recente attrazione per il New Jersey L'American Dream Mall con Nickelodeon Universe sarà il più grande parco a tema al coperto nell'emisfero occidentale un parco acquatico, sci, montagne russe molte altre attività e oltre 450 negozi il modo migliore per arrivarci sarebbe da Uber oppure Taxi a soli 10 minuti dal mio appartamento www. americandreammall. com

   Ci sono autobus dall'altra parte della strada che passano tutto il giorno e la notte e ti porteranno a New York per $ 3. 25 a tratta. Richiede da 10 a 15 minuti a tratta. C'è un ampio parcheggio e abbiamo un parcheggio privato fuori dalla strada per il tuo divertimento.

A very comfortable and clean home. It was pretty quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. There is a bus stop a short walk away and easy to get to the city. There’s also an Aldi store around the corner and a Starbucks. The owner was very fast at responding whenever we had a question. Overall, We loved and enjoyed our short stay

Quick access to Manhattan via Lincoln tunnel, bus or ferry. Liberty State Park is a 15-20 minute drive away. Very clean and Jon is very nice. Would definitely stay again

Rarely have I seen a place that is even better than its pictures. High ceilings with a skylight, a very pretty and functional kitchen, two nice/big comfortable beds, and only a 15 minute bus-ride to downtown NYC.The immediate neighbourhood is nice-ish but nothing great. Regardless, we felt safe during both day and night.Helpful tip: Text or call John if you need to talk to him. He responds much faster than if you contact via VRBO chat.

Roomy with a big kitchen and lots of couches, 1 1/2 baths, easy public transport nearby, and a helpful host. Highly recommend this property for a fun NYC vacation!

This condo is so big and the open concept is perfect for families with younger kids. The host is amazing and was there to help us when needed. Kitchen is stocked with just about anything you will need along with the laundry room. Just a quick bus ride thru the Lincoln tunnel and you are in NYC. Just mins from Times Square! Having a parking space was great for us because we drove from Indiana. I’m sure we will regret the toll bill but we decided to drive to NYC instead of using public transportation. We found it pretty easy to find parking and also used the SpotHero app to reserve parking at a discounted price. We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return to New York!

We loved this property so much! It’s a 15 minute drive to the city and 15 mins to American Dream Mall/Met Life stadium. It’s perfect for family or friends in a nice quiet neighborhood. John was so nice and great with communication. He provides all the amenities listed and then some. Hoping this property is available the next time we come back to NYC, it’s a true hidden gem.

Nous avons passé 6 nuits chez John et c’était très agréable. L’appartement est grand, propre et fonctionnel. La literie est confortable. Plusieurs bus emmènent directement à côté de Times Square et donne accès au métro de NY. Des commerces sont à proximité pour les courses du quotidien.

The place was exactly as described and very clean! Across the street is an Aldi & Shop Rite. Nearby on JFK Boulevard is a bus stop that has a shuttle to NYC Port Authority for $3.50 (Gate 51). You can save 50 cents on tickets if you buy them at Port Authority Window 23. The location was quiet and convenient, and the owner definitely took pains to ensure everything was perfect and was very nice when we spoke. Would stay here again.

Very clean home with everything you would need ( and more) .Handy for NJ transit to and from NYC and also to the riverside at Hoboken if you want to use the light railway.

John's VRBO was clean, comfortable and extremely convenient for catching the bus into Port Authority each day. It is probably less than a quarter mile walk up to the bus stop. The bus comes frequently and is very easy to use once you know you are looking for #51, which is not a city bus but apparently a private company. Once you are on the bus it's about a 15 minute ride to P.A. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was well equipped and having an extra half bath was handy. The kitchen is spacious with good appliances. It is not necessarily equipped for doing a lot of cooking but has the basics in regard to pots, pans and utensils. Having both Aldi and Shop-Rite nearby was great. Aldi is easily walkable by taking the path slightly down the street that goes through the fence and into the Aldi parking lot. The designated off-street parking is a real benefit as well. Be aware that you will find many symbols of Eastern religion in the apartment. We were not quite prepared for that. We would rent this apartment again if we return to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here and ease with which we were able to get to and from the city! The home was clean, contained all listed amenities and more. The host was extremely generous with starting supplies such as coffee so there was no immediate rush run out once we arrived. Helpful tip, if ordering Uber , it’s quickest to order from the Starbucks as that is where they will go anyway. The street was quiet, the area safe, and so easy to get to the city!

John was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. It was a large and eclectic loft. The shower/tub upstairs was a little "unique", however the water was hot and constant. The kitchen had all the essentials. We travelled into Manhattan and it was a nearby bus stop and direct to the main Port Authority terminal. (25 minutes).

John was very attentive to our needs. He had everything laid out for our stay. This place.was a quick ride to NY to see all what NY has to offer for tourists. John had bottled water in frig and coffee pods for us, what a nice touch!

What a gem in North Bergen. This property was perfect for our girls trip to NYC. A short walk to bus stop to begin our NYC adventures. There’s a Starbucks and shopping across the street. So it was a quick walk to get snacks for our stay. Condo is gorgeous with a very zen feel. Kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry room came in handy. TVs and hangout areas were amazing. Host was kind and communicative. I’m definitely booking this spot again. Though next time we will explore New Bergen and the great spots in New Jersey.

We enjoyed this Condo when we were on our NY vacation. It is 20 minutes away to port authority but a lot of cheaper than stay in NY. Bus stop is right at the corner of the street and there are a lot of them you can take. Condo self is Clean and roomy, a beautiful place. My son said it is a nice place to relax after a long day of walking.

Nous avons passé 9 nuits dans un loft très spacieux pour quatre adultes, bien équipé avec un décors soigné. La réactivité du propriétaire à nos requêtes ainsi que sa gentillesse ont été beaucoup appréciées. Après avoir assimilé les différents moyens de transports entre le NJ et NYC nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Un grand merci à John.
