“It’s important to note this property does not have a pool and our room did not have a tub. This was an error on my part and didn’t affect my review, because it was my mistake. The rooms are spacious but had areas of damage in multiple places. The door was chipped on both sides, there were broken parts on both night stands and the bathroom door would swing. “The lady was very rude my family had no where to stay so I paid for them to stay there and after a few days they said they weren’t allowed to stay there due to only affording a one bed but the excuse was max people but the other two were kids it was only two adults two kids if not evicted but they were written on the list and then treated my grandma ride rooms were nasty roaches I get it the place is cheap but you could atleast clean up my family said there were drugs and prostitution at night….”

“Great stay overall! Perfect location near the convention center, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. The pool was a great bonus and a nice way to relax. I’d definitely stay here again. ”

“A clean, cute hotel with fun small touches like a candy jar and free drink tokens when you check in. The rooms are small but had everything we needed. Friendly staff. Be aware that the hotel is next to a light rail stop, but the room's AC fan kept us cool and muted the train noises.”

When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible! Staff were pleasant though and did their job. ”

“Abbiamo avuto un'altra esperienza con questa catena di Motel nel nostro viaggio in America (a Las Vegas) ed è stato positivo. In questo caso a parte la comodità dell'albergo vicino all'aeroporto, qui la pulizia non sanno cosa vuol dire. Lenzuola e asciugamani pieni di macchie nere e per di più quando ci siamo svegliati alle 2 del mattino per andare all'aeroporto nel letto in bagno e sulla moquette c'erano degli insetti che camminavano, non ho parole. Io non ci torno più se ricapito a Phoenix.”

“Staff didn't have the time of day. There isn't an obvious entrance. They make you pay for use of water/electricity and other amenities but they don't give you any in the rooms. It was cold, stagnet and was like staying in an elevator. Very over priced but so happy for the company I had.”

“L'interno dell'hotel ricordava quei vecchi hotel che si vedono in periferia nei paesini americani, con la macchina del ghiaccio nel corridoio delle camere. La camera era pulita ma con arredi molto vecchi. La colazione finiva alle 9.30 in punto, tanto che alle 9.30 sbarravano l'ingresso alla sala della colazione. Colazione molto povera e triste.... tutto piuttosto triste. Le persone alla reception erano gentilissime, unico punto positivo”
