Il rifugio perfetto. Viste spettacolari su montagna e mare. Villa esposta a sud interamente protetta dai venti del nord, ideale anche per le vacanze di primavera e autunno.
Totalmente privato, ma non isolato. Casa Afrodite si trova a soli 400 metri (di strada asfaltata), fuori dalla strada principale locale, a 15 minuti dall'autostrada A7. Giardino recintato di 1000 m2.
Terreno totale 10000 m2.
Riscaldamento solare ecologico, con supporto per scarse giornate di pioggia.
Situato in una piccola urbanizzazione al largo di una stradina asfaltata locale asfaltata. I neigbours sono danese, svedese e inglese. I proprietari vivono nelle vicinanze. Disposizione dal design contemporaneo estremamente spaziosa, superficie abitabile di 285 mÂČ. Arioso pranzo / soggiorno / cucina aperti, con tutti i comfort.

20 minuti da Almuñecar, spiagge e negozi moderni. Piccoli negozi, panetteria e ristoranti / bar genuini nei villaggi vicini (Itrabo, Jete, Otivar)
1,5 ore per sciare in cima alla Sierra Nevada (da dicembre ad aprile). Puoi sciare e nuotare in piscina lo stesso giorno !!
Lenzuola e asciugamani inclusi. I letti sono giĂ  fatti, pronti a dormire!

Amazing location, very clean, everything you need is there. The veiws are more amazing then you can tell from photos. Car required as you cant get an uber from there, but can uber to there. Very friendly owner, cant ask for more! 10/10

Five star ratings are easily given but this properly and host really deserves such a rating. The properly is set on a hill top giving strumming views . It is spacious, well equipped and presented in a very clean condition

We took over the whole property. It has 2 bedrooms in self contained ‘unit’ downstairs and 3 upstairs. There are many areas to sit both inside and out. The pool was fabulous and the views spectacular. One thing to note there are a few silent mosquitos so take repellent if you are prone. Fantastic kitchen and fully stocked equipment wise. The owner is delightful and very helpful. We arrived after a power cut and he brought in his friendly electrician to get it up and running. He was very responsive to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Great host and lovely home! We would do it again in an instant. We loved the quiet privacy and beauty of the home and surrounding country side; although it's away from the hustle and bustle of a town it's proximity to important sigh seeing places made this lovely to rest in or take off from to adventures. Thank you!

We loved our time at Casa Afrodite! The location is up in the mountains, which means you have the most spectacular views over the valley. It's a quick drive down to Almuñécar and it's easy to get taxis to and from the city. The house itself was very large and spacious with many wonderful outdoor areas to relax in. The rooms were all very comfortable and there were many bathrooms! Also a very large kitchen space. The hosts were very welcoming and told us everything we needed to know. I hope to come back again one day! Highly recommend!!!

The property was everything we hoped it would be: spacious, modern, clean and had amazing outdoor space. We hada wonderful week and enjoyed every moment. Just far enough from the beach and city to feel the peace and beauty of the mountains, but close enough to enjoy all the conveniences and experiences of the coast.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, geniale Lage, allerdings doch etwas weiter vom Strand als gedacht. FĂŒr angefallene kleinere Reparaturen war der Vermieter immer erreichbar und hat sich sofort gekĂŒmmert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat reibungslos funktioniert. Haus ist super eingerichtet (GlĂ€ser, Besteck) auch fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppe. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit einer SpĂŒlmaschine (zum GlĂŒck gibt es zwei!) und mit der Sicherung (haben aber letztendlich eine Übergangslösung gefunden). Am besten gefallen hat uns die unterschiedlichen Sitz-/Verweilmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich und dass in jedem Bereich alle neun Personen Platz hatten. Auch war alles nah beieinander, sodass die Gruppe immer zusammen bleiben konnte. Ausblick ins Tal plus Meer war unser Highlight! Betten hĂ€tten etwas besser sein können, manche Matratzen waren sehr weich. Lage ist so wie beschrieben, man braucht definitiv ein Auto um herumkommen, einzukaufen. Wir hatten alles in allem einen tollen unvergesslichen Urlaub!

A peaceful and beautiful setting for a memorable holiday away from the crowds in a clean, spacious and very well equipped villa. Our friendly hosts Kris & Marita welcomed us and responded to our request promptly even providing a large paella pan for us to use along with home grown hot chilli peppers. As it says on the description, a car is essential as there are lots of great places to visit and eat - for which our host gave us details but we also appreciated just staying in the villa enjoying the views and watching the eagles from the terraces . We stayed with our three adult children plus partners and there was a comfortable amount of space for everyone. We would recommend this Villa and also that you pay attention to Kris's instructions on how to get there!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful location. The house is well appointed and very comfortable and the views are breathtaking. Krister was an attentive host. Jete is a sweet village and the local shop has everything and is run by a very helpful man. Would highly recommend this house.

we had a fantastic stay at Casa Aphrodite. The villa is as described. Great kitchen with two fridges two dishwashers fantastic place to barbecue and Cook the air conditioning in the Villa was fantastic TV with the Bose sound system was great could not fault it in anyway. Big shop was 30 mins drive. We did Alhambra which is 1hr drive for 10am entire and back by 5pm for the Pool. Beach is 20mins went in morning and back in the pool by 5pm. Frigiliana is great Spanish village to visit.

What a stunning this villa is. We have had the most amazing week and have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the house is both comfortable and well presented, containing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our host Krister was very welcoming and helpful and made us feel at home. We travelled into Granada to see The Alhambra, and explored locally. A hire car is a must, and confidence driving on mountain roads also a must, but so worth it for the views from the house! Best wishes The Quinn Family

Villan ligger avskiljt pĂ„ en kulle tillsammans med ett fĂ„tal andra fastigheter varav en bebos av hyresvĂ€rden. NĂ€rheten till vĂ€rden Krister som ocksĂ„ kommer frĂ„n Sverige var naturligtvis ett extra plus. Villan har en fantastisk rymd med alla fönster och ett stort öppet kök med tillhörande matplats. Köket Ă€r mer Ă€n vĂ€lutrustat. Det finns allt, till och med tvĂ„ diskmaskiner. Vad som kanske inte framkommer av bilderna Ă€r att det finns en liten trevlig separat vĂ„ning under vardagsrummet med tvĂ„ sovrum och ett badrum. Även dĂ€r har man fin utsikt över dalen. Flera uteplatser runt om huset Ă€r ocksĂ„ ett stort plus. Ett av sovrummen angrĂ€nsar till husets vĂ€rmepump och den lĂ„ter lite. Inget som störde de andra i sĂ€llskapet och det finns gott om andra sovrum att vĂ€lja pĂ„ om man Ă€r överkĂ€nslig :-) För övrigt Ă€r det helt tyst i huset. Vi bodde i villan i januari och kan dĂ€rför inte uttala oss om sjĂ€lva poolen men den sĂ„g fin ut. LĂ€get nĂ€ra bergsomrĂ„det ovanför Otivar var perfekt för oss som gillar vandringar med spektakulĂ€ra vyer. Vi kan starkt rekommendera boendet och hoppas pĂ„ att kunna Ă„tervĂ€nda.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unserer gesamten Familie von neun Personen wirklich sehr genossen. Besonders den um diese Zeit im Oktober beheizten Pool. Der Ausblick und die SonnenuntergÀnge sind wirklich herrlich. Kris war immer sehr hilfsbereit.

Schiiterende woning. Alles wat je kan wensen is aanwezig. Mooi zwembad en prachtige buitenkeuken. Een punt van aandacht voor de volgende bewoners is dat je minimaal 20-25 min moet rekenen voordat je bij de snelweg bent of supermarkt. Verder is het toegangsweggetje smal, hobbelig en bochtig. Zelf geen probleem mee maar voor iemand die dat lastig zou vinden is dat wellicht een issue.

Casa Afrodite is an absolute amazing property, set on top off the mountain the views are to die for. The pool and outdoor kitchen area is great and we made the most of this space, all round a beautiful villa. We met Krister on 2 occasions, he made us feel more than welcome, he also give us a lot of information about the local area, a gentleman. We will definitely be going back!!

Todo parecĂ­a bien pero habĂ­a algunos problemas, por ejemplo las neveras no funcionaban demasiado bien, la ducha compartida de la planta de arriba no se podĂ­a utilizar porque se salia el agua y la tapa del wc estaba rota, no hubo mantenimiento de la piscina en 5 dĂ­as de estancia, el agua en el penĂșltimo dĂ­a sĂĄbado comenzĂł a ponerse verde, ademĂĄs y como dato, no es casa completa como tal ya que estĂĄ dividida en una vivienda en la parte superior y un apartamento en la parte inferior. Son detalles a mejorar ya que merece la pena el lugar asĂ­ como las vistas

We spent two weeks in Casa Aphrodite, a bright and beautiful house perched on the spur of a mountain in Andalusia, southern Spain. The house overlooks a special vista of hills and valleys that descend down to the sea, which is often visible in the distance. The owner, who is engaging and delightful, met us after our drive down from Madrid and had bought some essentials for us to carry us until we could provision for ourselves. The house is roomy and immaculate and almost all rooms have views out into the beautiful mountains. The salt water pool is big and cool, something desirable in the heat of the day. It also overlooks the stunning view. We very much enjoyed our stay and can recommend this house without reservation. We would be happy to return. Thanks to Kris.
