“Great facilities and service, lived up to the name. Rooms could have been cleaner but that's the only complaint”

“0 service. Check in issue. Managemnet is pathetic. Staff did not deliver even basic facility of water bottles. Visiters has to take water by themselves from ground floor to 4th floor. Never recommended.”

“The property is very good and maintained. It is newly built property launched in Sept 2024. The staff is still trying to make the stuffs convenient to the guests. Swimming pool was dirty with Haze water and a lot of seasonal insects into it. Some of the guests were enjoying in the pool wearing street cloths and night wears. No one prompted them to wear appropriate costumes. We brought our swimming costumes but could not enjoy looking to the conditions above. Breakfast was average with...

“I don't know where they got this picture. This is not real. The whole place smells bad, AC don't cool even in best room in the hotel. Bathroom leaks allover. Looks like they are trying to be a 3 star place but this is a dump. I came here on US passport with Visa to visit India. They gave copies of my passport, visa and everything to police. Next evening police shows up for verification. Looks like they were looking for money. All my paperwork were true and accurate and I told them to get lost. ”
