“The staff are very polite and accommodating.
My safari adventures were well run and the naturalist (Nabin) was so knowledgeable that I even got to spot a tiger!
Not many people get to see one.
I highly recommend this place.
I stayed in one of the well appointed safari tents overlooking the national park. We could even hear a rhino at night munching away under our tent!

“Our group of 7 students and faculty from my college had an incredible stay at Kasara Resort in Chitwan National Park. From airport transfers to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. The resort was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Rooms were comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was excellent—professional, welcoming, and attentive.
The food at the on-site restaurant was a highlight. Each meal was fresh and flavorful, and the servers were courteous and...

“This hotel is excellent in both location and hospitality. The staff are all incredible—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was nearly perfect, with the only issue being the water pressure in the shower, which could use improvement. The kitchen staff stood out for their kindness and assistance, especially Hitlar and Rohit, who were exceptionally sweet. However, I would suggest the chef pay more attention to the momo, as the dough was too stiff, and the filling lacked juiciness. That said,...

“Beautiful, intimate property - only ~25 (large) rooms - most with private plunge pools. Photos on-line don't do the property justice. Prices and extras are at upper end however the property works hard to deliver value - though cost of airport transfer (US$90) and bubbly water (US$9 a bottle) were extreme. Food v. good, though limited menu. Jungle tour, river tour and cultural night - hotel/staff worked hard to make these events special. For the staff - nothing was too much trouble. Highly...

“I stayed a few nights here and had a great stay. First room wasn’t clean and no hot water, but the staff were quick to change it for me and I got a clean room. I ordered dinner with room service and it was delicious. The pool needs some cleaning so I didn’t go in. The hotel is in a suburban area with Nepali villas, but takes a tuk tuk or some walking to go into Bharatpur. All in all a good stay, but the price is a little to high for the state of the hotel”

“Excellent staff and delicious food. The manager took me out by cab and helped me find the things that I needed.
Happiness is the best word for the atmosphere the staff puts into every aspect.
I really felt like royalty.

“We stayed at the Vivanta for three nights in April and loved it! The hotel is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable but what we loved most was the staff. I don’t remember being treated better at any hotel. From check in to the wait staff, hostess, manager and even the chef, we were treated like family and taken care of so well that we hated to leave. We will be back Vivanta! ”

“We stayed here for about 3 days here before and after trekking at Annapurna. The staff is amazing. Firstly, the manager, Ramesh, he helped us to make a trek plan. He organized all things with reasonable prices include guide or porter, trekking permit. Tims, accommodation etc. Also, he helped us to hire a car with driver for half-day to tour round surrounding area. As such, we could tour Pokhara in a short time. The rooms were very clean with great attention to detail. All staff was very friendly...

“It was a very nice experience to stay at Hotel Seven Star. The Room, Environment, Service were excellent. The Restaurant was too good, Breakfast and Nepalese Thali was exceptional. Most importantly Hotel staffs, Tour guides were excellent. I lost my wedding ring during the Elephant safari and found it on the next day with the help of the Hotel Manager, Tour guides and Transport Service. It was impossible to find it without their honest effort and help. I would always recommend hotel Seven Star...

“Overpriced, overhyped, and overwhelmingly disappointing
I genuinely don’t understand the rave reviews about Sapana Village Lodge, my stay felt more like a lesson in what not to do in hospitality. Sure, the view is lovely… but you can’t sleep on a view. The room? Dim, musty, and crawling with ants quite the “rustic charm,” if that’s what you’re into. The bathroom felt like it hadn’t seen a proper cleaning in ages, and the linens had a damp, moldy smell that made me question everything.

“The location of The Wildlife Resort is wonderful. From our balcony and from the viewing area we were mesmerised by the river, stunning views and sounds of the national park, and beautiful birds. We saw a crocodile swim past, watched the quiet early morning canoe trips and some elephants being driven across the river. The gardens were well maintained.
We had some issues with the bedding, which were promptly addressed. The staff were friendly and helpful, food was good and the manager helped us...

“My stay in Green Mansions was just phenomenal.
I constantly forgot I was in Chitwan as the hotel was so much more gorgeous and beautifully designed than many 5 star hotels in the big cities. You could tell the owner has great taste and aesthetics.
Every detail in the room and the yard were well thought of: Nice little plants in room; Plenty of trees around room to provide privacy, and a gorgeous view when you look up from the hammock.
The activities were amazing too. Kanan is a wonderful...
