“Het communiceren met het personeel middels het hologram is verschrikkelijk. Ik begrijp niet zo goed waarom er niet op gezette tijden een fysiek persoon op een fysieke locatie aanwezig kan zijn. Het personeel was overigens vriendelijk en welwillend. Er was ook een fout gemaakt bij het opmaken van de bedden (te weinig). Dat werd rechtgezet. De kamer (driepersoons-) was verder prima.”

“We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. “The staff helped me with a issue I had in my room quickly, the TV was giving sound but no picture. The room was very nice! The only suggestion I have is bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive and on the entry floor, room 1 or 2, because people check in there and stand and talk while waiting for the elevator. It is perfect if you are coming by public transport, and it's not a far walk to the city center. I would do it again!”

“Very nice hotel in a castle. Not easy to find without GPS ( some roads to get there were pedestrian), but once you know the way is very easy ( also depend from which direction you are coming). The hotel is quite big and quiet, nice breakfast and park around. Highly suggested ”

“We arrived later than planned but one of the team stayed to ensure we could check in which was great. Room was super clean; lovely to have access to cutlery for our late night takeaway dinner; such a luxury to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, and breakfast was simple but just what we needed to set us up for the day. Will be back next time and make sure we get some time organised in the spa on site!”

“I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40. No reception service after 23. They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message. I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least...
