“1. 服務人員 住過晶華、晶英系列，服務人員大多主動且有禮，這裡也是差不多的感受，不會有距離感但也不會太嗨；隔壁同集團捷絲旅的服務人員也很不錯。 2. 客房體驗 訂的是雅緻客房。房間整理的滿乾淨整潔度沒問題。床軟硬適中，枕頭有兩種可以選。淋浴空間不大，而半露天的浴池如同眾多訪客評論，很小很淺，就當作是小型個人浴缸吧，瘦小的人單人泡起來比較剛好，水放滿大概也就到腰際而已。至於擔心曝光的問題，男生是還好，因為陽台其實有用不太透的金屬板當圍牆，真的擔心的話可以拉下窗簾，不過通通都遮起來之後，也就沒有露天浴池的感覺了。只能說不懂規劃者的想法，想弄半露天浴池，但沒評估好實際情境做出這種可惜的設計。然後還是得說浴池真的是在礁溪住過中到高價位中的飯店裏最小的。 3. 隔音 特別提隔音是因為入住前看到其他住客提到隔音差的問題，實際體驗起來，可能是房門的問題，的確可以聽到走廊的動靜，尤其是開關門聲，有時候會以為是不是自己房門要被打開了，但除此之外，也許當天住客品質都不錯，沒聽到嬉鬧或吵雜的交談聲；外面的馬路聲基本上是沒聽到，可以一覺到天亮。 4....

“I want to start with I really enjoyed my stay!! I loved the location (outside the busy city but close enough for a short and easy bike ride), the room and the bath! They also accommodated my vegetarianism for breakfast. However, the front desk didn't speak English very well. The breakfast was the same thing everyday (some variety would be nice), and besides the breakfast and free bicycles there wasn't much else to do at the hotel. There was a beautiful yard but no where to sit and enjoy. ”
