“Worst Experience — Not Worth the Money & Poor Support from Hotels.com Our stay in the family room was extremely disappointing. There was no furniture at all except one bed with just a bedsheet — no chairs, no table, nothing. When we questioned the hotel staff, they simply said, “The same photo is uploaded online,” which is misleading. There was no privacy either. The back door was made of MS sheet without any proper lock, and only after repeated requests did they tie it with a steel wire to...
