“This is another two story hotel. So no elevator. Our room was on the second floor. VERY CLEAN! Toilet would not flush and refrigerator was leaking. We notified the front desk and everything was corrected when we gotback from dinner. Draw backs: No AC in stairwell and halls. Towels are stained. Low water pressure in shower. Still a nice stay.”

“Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. It was a tiny room, not swept or vacuumed, no top sheet on the bed, broken window taped up, along with the broken blinds. There was absolutely no...

“Are air conditioner sounded like a jet engine and couldn't deal with humidity leaving the carpet to feel wet. Entire room was felt worn. Bathroom door couldn't even properly close. When AC wasn't running we could hear the lobby music from floor below while lying in bed. We were on a “quiet” floor!”

“The first room we stayed in the air conditioning was not working… they did upgrade us to a suite which was great. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful! Unfortunately never enough towels… but the worse part was the smell of pot everywhere.. everytime we left and came back it was non stop! Also, we went to grab their”breakfast included “ at 9AM and nothing was left.”

“Could not close the curtains so we got light on the room all the time. Had to use a trash back to cover the light. The shower fauce would not close complete so it dripped all the time. Good location lots of stores and a mall.”
