“Topadres, zo mooi, perfecte service. Strand is adembenemend mooi en ongerept. Zwembad is heerlijk, wij hadden bungalow 15, echt toplocatie. We hebben ook in 5 sterren hotel verbleven voor 2x zoveel geld, maar dit is echt net zo goed. We hadden late vlucht, dus we mochten hele dag nog op resort verblijven en konden s avonds gratis douchen met een verse handdoek. ”

“When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that says they don't rent out rooms online anymore so my reservation wasn't honored. However, I paid cash and was able to sleep in the room. There was no toilet paper and the A/C remote didn't work. This listing needs to be removed from all online websites.”

“Expedia let us down with this accommodation, the room was filthy, particularly the bathroom and wash hand basin. We were women by rats scurrying about in the ceiling void. We decided to give the breakfast a miss as had no idea where it was served and no staff to ask. Judging by the state of the communal kitchen and total lack of cleanliness you wouldn't want to eat there anyway. Also upon arrival at midday there were 4 members of staff sleeping in a bare mattress on the floor in a room...

“The property is beautiful and easy enough for cabs or grab to come and pick you up. Not really walkable to anything too interesting but there’s a free shuttle to Jimbaran beach. Breakfast buffet included and the property is as advertised. ”

“We loved the property but the one thing that stands out the most was our two butlers they were amazing .. our breakfast was cooked on time and it was delicious..fresh fruit , fresh fruit juice, coffee , fresh pastries with a hot breakfast ”
