“Room is clean, with good wind down service towards the evening. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.
However, they should have told us there is construction right outside Segara，which impacted the view of the pool and the noise is disturbing. We would have chosen another site if we were made known. Also, the shuttle bus to the main building is annoying, when it is full, we have to wait for another one. Also the spot alight and get on the bus is not sheltered, the experience does not match...

“Overall positive experience.
The hotel is located in a nice area, very quiet.
The restaurant and the spa are very good as well as the pool and the beach.
I only found a “non-positive” aspect related to the transport: I think the hotel should provide complimentary service from / to the airport since this is located very near (only 15 min).
Instead the service was really expensive and unreasonable.
also if provided through third party (local taxi), the price asked by the hotel was more than...
