First of all, we do apologize about your inconvenience regarding our villa facilities and location. During the pandemic, we experienced low occupations, but we continued to carry out maintenance. We prioritized which ones really needed treatment on the spot, and now the condition has started to improve, we have started doing general maintenance, so our facilities will slowly improve as they were before. Also regarding the location, our villa is in a hill area and close to the beach, so the route is a bit through a lot of trees and a little up and down. But it is still reachable, and we still can go to the beach by walking around 15 minute. Also with our pleasure will help the guest to book or rent transportation by guest request. Let me clarify a view of those : 1. The bed sheet issue : Upon check in, you are informed our Reception that you found a stain in the bed sheet, which is our Reception had informed you directly that the bed sheet are clean, the stain come from the rose petal that we had set up upon arrival, but our housekeeping change the bed sheet with the new one directly. 2. The Waterfall and The Pool issue : Due you are arriving almost midnight, so we think that you are not going to the pool at that time, but we turn it on tomorrow morning upon breakfast, and for the pool issue, I do apologized regarding the pool issue, but we keep vacuuming your pool and we do it regularly every 3days. 3. Regarding The Staff and Amenities issue : I’m personally apologized for your uncomfortable, I will look into this issue to our staff member and make sure everything will not happened in the future.
