El Higuerón. Beautiful retreat with a wonderful mountain view

Relax and unwind at this quiet and stylish home. We offer you a very special house: you will be in the middle of nature while enjoying all the amenities of a modern house. And in just 5 minutes you get to one of the most beautiful white villages, known for its beauty and excellent hospitality.
The space
Want to get away to a magical place? In the Higuerón we offer you a unique opportunity to be in the middle of nature without sacrificing the luxuries of a fully equipped house, decorated in great detail and with an excellent Wifi connection.

Inside we offer you a living room with fireplace and chaise longue with access to the porch through large glass doors. Thanks to them you will have a panoramic view of the Sierra de Líbar and the valley of the Guadiaro River. The kitchen, also overlooking and open to the living room, is fully equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably, includes microwave, nespresso coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher.
The house has 2 separate bedrooms. The first is furnished with a 150x190 Queen size double bed, it has bedding for any time of year and stunning views of the Sierra. It also has a large cabinet and heating in winter. The second has two single beds of 90x190 and the other one has bedding for any time of year, a large closet and heating in winter.

Outside the house offers a large porch and a 70m2 terrace with spectacular panoramic views over the valley, a small round pool of 3m x 1m also with views and sun loungers to contemplate the landscape and sunbathe. We also have a barbecue. The plot has a vineyard, orange and olive trees and is well fenced. We are pet friendly. You will have private parking next to the house. In the laundry room behind the house is the washing machine.

• Our river is 1,5 km from the house with a natural pool and beautiful lagoon.
• Las Artezuelas: Waterfalls 10 min Upstairs Upstairs. Don't miss out.
• Ferrata route: You will need the equipment, but we have a magnificent 5 minutes from the village square.
• Horseback riding tours from Cortes de la Frontera (8km from Jimera de Líbar)
• Cat Cave: You can walk and return by train, or the other way around, down a narrow path next to the river.

• Multiple trails on Mt with stunning fauna and flora.
• Ronda, 'the dream city', is only 40 minutes away by car.
• The Costa del Sol with its famous beaches is just an hour away.
• Algeciras can be visited by train. The journey is very nice, it lasts only one hour and it is worth it since it runs through the entire Guadiaro valley passing through the famous Buitreras.

The first bag of wood burning is included in the price. If you need more, you can bring it yourself or buy it at the premises. We sell the wood burning bag for 10 euros.
