“Our room was beautiful, very spacious, and had a great view. The staff was so accomodating and helpful. They met requests quickly and easily. They were willing to answer questions and help whenever needed. Overall a great experience!”

“Great modern hotel, clean and quiet. Breakfast is excellent. Subway is easily accessed from basement, and is 5 stops to the railway station. Hotel allows smoking - my room smelt of smoke and had an ashtray : they told me it was a non smoking room which is what I booked. They did move me on the second day of my stay, and the second room didn’t smell. ”

“When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. ”
