“We felt uncomfortable the minute we walked into Prescott House. The neighborhood coming up to the property is run down. The grounds are messy and the entrance is filthy. The basement with the kitchen has a bad smell to it. We found our room uninviting and the photos deceptive. We realized that I made a mistake booking Prescott House and decided to forfeit three prepaid nights just so we could get out of there.
