Quiet residential location on the edge of Sandton Central, neighboring the Bryanston Country Club golf course and close to shops, restaurants, hospitals, and attractions. Includes security, solar backup, borehole water, parking for 10 cars, a full-size swimming pool, braai area, and spacious grounds. One bedroom has a private entrance with wheelchair-accessible bathroom. Housekeeper lives in separate quarters. Cleaning on request. Minimum stay: 1 week.

The Neighborhood:

This address is on the western edge of Sandton Central, bordering Bryanston. Nearby landmarks and amenities: Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square (major shopping, restaurants and nightlife) about 5–10 minutes’ drive; Sandton Convention Centre and major corporate offices a short drive away; smaller retail strips, cafés and grocery stores within a few minutes. The vibe is commercial-residential — busy on weekdays with quieter, more residential streets after hours.



Getting Around:

Walking: short local walks are possible to nearby shops and cafés, but much of Sandton is spread out so moderate walking only. Public transit: the Gautrain rapid rail serves Sandton (Sandton Station) and is the fastest public option to/from O.R. Tambo and Pretoria; feeder Gaubus services connect the Gautrain station to surrounding suburbs. Rideshare/taxis: Uber and metered taxis are widely used and convenient for last-mile travel. Driving: highly car-friendly; expect peak-hour congestion on M1, Rivonia Road and William Nicol Drive.
