1. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-out: 10:00 AM
(Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged when possible at a fee.)

2. No Parties or Events

This is a quiet residential area. No parties, loud gatherings, DJs, or unapproved events are allowed. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

3. Visitors

Visitors are welcome during the day, but please get approval for any additional guests who are not part of the booking.

4. Noise Control

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect neighbors and the peaceful environment.

5. Security

Please ensure the gate, doors, and windows are locked when leaving.

Do not tamper with security cameras or alarm systems.

Exterior CCTV only—no cameras inside.

6. Smoking

Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
No smoking inside the house or bedrooms. A fee may apply for violation.

7. Pets

No pets allowed unless approved prior to arrival.

8. Housekeeper

A live-in housekeeper is available for cleaning (at a fee) and assistance.
If you prefer full privacy, she can stay off-site during your stay—just let us know.

9. Pool Safety

Swim at your own risk.

No diving, running, or unsafe behavior near the pool.

Children must be supervised at all times.

10. Braai/BBQ Area

Please clean the braai after use or ask the housekeeper for assistance at an additional fee.

11. Furniture & Property Care

Please do not move heavy furniture.

Report any damages immediately so we can fix them quickly.

Stains on bedding, linen, or carpets may incur a cleaning fee.

12. No Illegal Activities

Strictly no illegal substances or activities allowed on the property.

13. Respect the Space

Treat the home with care, kindness, and respect—just as you would your own.
