“I did get my free wine towards the end of our stay”

“Never stayed at a Sonesta property before, so I didn't know what to expect. But the reviews were good. Didn't really get to use some of my travel pass perks because they were super booked(which was good for a holiday weekend). Check in was a breeze, room was nice, had a kitchenette in it. Breakfast was a really good variety and even on my 3rd morning, they had people call in sick and the one girl was a rockstar, making everything herself and making sure everyone was fed and not waiting long....

“La scelta di un hotel a Vancouver presso Portland nasceva dalla volontà di trovarsi già più vicini ai luoghi da visitare ovvero le gole del fiume Columbia. Alla fine questa scelta ci ha obbligato a percorrere più volte la relazione tra Portland e Vancouver che è una delle più trafficate trovate in America. Il motel è risultato particolarmente rumoroso.”

“I appreciated the features for the deaf. I am deaf. My room was clean and confortable. The desk clerk was helpful in showing me how to get caption for the deaf on the TV. I liked My Place very much.”

“A newer property that is awaya clean and well appointed. Friendly staff no mater the time you stop by at. This is our go-to place in Vancouver.”

“At the time I visited the staff was great but were dealing with a whole hotel renovation. If I had known about the mess (kitchen and bar were horrible due to construction) and we were even missing a set of curtains in our room.”

“Property clean. Staff nice, especially Don in the lounge/bar. He gives fantastic friendly service. Our only complaints were the air conditioning in the room was so loud, hard to sleep. TV in old and controls not real intuitive needs updating for both. Being there on a Saturday it was disappointing the restaurant/bar not open until 5PM. We had to walk to a neighborhood hotel close (Sheraton) that had restaurant and bar open all day. The free drink ticket and snacks at happy hour for guests that...

“Rooms were clean, staff were great and friendly. Breakfast was good. Property easy to find. Next to a Target Store.”

“Proximity to the airport is a huge asset. They have a 24 hour shuttle bus service which allows us to leave our car at the Hotel. The restaurant/bar has excellent service and the menu is great. The morning after our stay our car battery was dead and they graciously helped us get the battery jumped and we were on our way. I always stay at the Sheraton when traveling.”
