“The room was roomy and relaxing. Great night sleep. The property and hotel are always very clean. The free breakfast was wonderful. The shower was new looking and nice.”

“The room was filthy and had broken flooring and door trim. There is no hot tub as advertised, and the pool was unusable. I could go on and on but it just makes me more mad. I'm filing an official complaint. Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way.”

“This is the nicest hotel to stay at when visiting OU. It’s right next to campus and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a small gym on site and a decent restaurant and bar.”

“The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable.”

When we got in the house smelled musty and like rotten trash. It was so horrible we had to go buy air freshners and candles to mask the smell. “Property in need up updates and maintenance. Bed wasn't level. Elevator was sketchy. Exterior landscape overdue for maintenance. Breakfast was prefunctory. But what prompted my review, I witnessed the desk staff being unhelpful and argumentative with multiple guests. One guy had key that wasn't working and they were reluctant to exchange it. Another asked for extra towels, and she literally made him go back to the room and bring his dirty towels to the front desk to get towels. I guess i...

“The motel was closed do to the storm. No warning. I have yet to get my money back. Before booking, call them and make sure they are open.”

“The room was extremely clean and I'm picky. The staff were all very friendly and air conditioning was cold. And this is the first hotel I stayed at were I liked there coffee 😂 we will stay there again if we are ever in that area again.”
