Hotel vicino a John Hay Library - Providence

“Struttura molto datata che avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Stanza e bagno molto ampi e puliti ma con arredo fermo agli anni ‘80. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione inclusa con scarsa scelta di bevande e cibo.”

“Don't leave any valuables inside your vehicle if you're going to be doing valet I left $150 and my money was stolen . Dumb on my part . 50 was only taken because I had in separate compartments in my middle consult. I spoke to the hotel manager and basically she did nothing telling me, I can't prove that it was her staff, but it was definitely her staff. But it's ok , they needed it more than me .”

“The room was clean, a great size. We had a very late check in with no problems. They let us have a later checkout.”

“I had a wonderful overnight stay. My room was much more spacious than I needed. The hotel is clean, and my hallway was quiet. This hotel is in a great location. Overall I was impressed with this hotel. I would definitely recommend it.”

“La posizione è il punto di forza, vicino alle attrazioni principali e ai mezzi pubblici. Comodissimo l'adiacente parcheggio convenzionati. L'hotel è un po' old stile, conserva però il facchino dell'edificio originale, il Biltmore hotel.”

“Clean rooms and the lovely breakfast”

“Very good indoor/outdoor pool. Great breakfast, helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean with excellent bed.”

“The room was very clean and well.maintained. Staff were great and breakfast was good. The only negative was that the hotel was being refurbished and there were workers carrying out work in areas where residents had access to. For example I was going to the lift on the ground floor and a workman was sanding the ceiling with an orbital sander. He had a mask on for the dust, but he didn't stop when I walked past to access the lift. Had it not been for that I would have given the hotel five stars.”

“Room was unbelievably hot with no working AC, overhead fan, or window to open to bring it down to a comfortable temperature. Cracks in my private room’s walls, could hear and SEE people clearly shuffling around in the kitchen / common room through cracks. Left and booked with Hilton instead. Getting my money back through Michie had been impossible despite not staying for any of my trip! Could have worked for someone else but not for me!”

“The hotel is old and not well maintained. However, the location is convenient.”

“The place is a converted warehouse. It was creatively layed out with an open concept. I felt very at home while there.My wife also enjoyed the space less the shower. The shower is completely open air.a and for her it was a bit public even though there is a door for the bathroom. The neighborhood is safe but there is very little to walk to but there are alot of good food places and bars just a short drive away.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was fairly large for a single. A comfortable king size bed and great air conditioning. We would stay here again.”

“Always stay at this Hampton Inn when visiting my daughter. Great staff, excellent breakfast bar, clean rooms, well equipped gym, centrally located and nice restaurant/bar next door.”

“Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”
